   The Left Behind series of books by Tim LaHaye are deceiving Christians into believing they will be raptured (taken up in the clouds to meet Jesus) at the beginning of the tribulation right before the man called the antichrist begins to rule the one world government.

   This is not a scripturally based doctrine, nor is it accurate.

   Christians who believe this could find themselves losing their faith when this does not happen.
